Shipping Policy

Order Processing
All clothing orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and UK public holidays). During busy periods, processing times may be slightly extended. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details where available.

Shipping Options & Delivery Times
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Estimated delivery times:

  • UK Standard Delivery: 2–5 business days
  • UK Express Delivery: 1–2 business days
  • International Delivery: 5–10 business days (may vary by destination)

Delivery timeframes are estimates and not guaranteed.

Condition of Items
All items are inspected before dispatch. Any notable defects (such as minor scratches, marks, or wear) are clearly described in the product listing. By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept the stated condition of the item.

Delays Outside Our Control
We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by couriers, customs, weather conditions, or other external factors. Once your order has been handed to the courier, delivery is managed by the shipping provider.

Incorrect Shipping Details
Customers are responsible for ensuring all shipping information is correct at checkout. We are not liable for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses. If an item is returned to us due to incorrect details, additional postage fees will apply to resend it.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Parcels
If your parcel is lost or arrives damaged, you must contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will assist in raising a claim with the courier. Resolutions (replacement or refund) are handled on a case-by-case basis.

We are not responsible for parcels marked as delivered by the courier.

International Orders – Customs & Duties
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import charges. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.

Refused or Unclaimed Orders
If an order is refused or not collected and returned to us, original shipping costs are non-refundable. The buyer will be responsible for any additional shipping costs to resend the item.
